The sweet memory I have of Terni, in August '09 is not only figurative, but I brought home something of material: a recipe for cheesecake **


400 grams of biscuits 250g butter 5 eggs


250 g sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 600 g
philadelphia


1. mo crush the biscuits and flour in the butter melted and cooled
stirring carefully to mix well the two compounds;

2. a cake pan lined with parchment paper and have a zipper on the bottom biscuit leveling property;

3. Whisk the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and add the Philadelphia (preferably light);

4. the mixture should be soft, smooth and well blended;

5. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook for about 1 hour at 150 degrees.

Piccol tips learned the hard way. Possibly I am not immediately be reached xD With the wax paper ... do not be short of little arms, put a nice sheet off, so that the cake does not exceed the edge of the paper.
