How Do Remove My Periods Pain

so often people say "I hate this, hate that other" very

difficult for me to feel hatred, and the few times that happened was not a lasting feeling. It is wrong to hate, gnaws at the entrails and hurt themselves. It is bad to hate.

But there are so many things I despise, it is a different concept but I have no idea that someone is confusing things.

Contempt ostentation sake
Contempt who never thinks before acting or speaking
Contempt market economy (but unfortunately I can not think of anything that is less worse)
deeply despise the prevailing culture of contempt
at all costs if you can not respect others
despise those who want to judge me without knowing me very
Contempt (or maybe here, yes, hate) who dare underestimate me.
Contempt excessive materialism.
despise those who do not listen to me when I say (fall factor in respect, but I would emphasize)
